Kwanzaa Advent Calendar. Each evening between december 1st and 26th, a new home will reveal their advent window on the trail. Kwanzaa is based on the ashanti and zulu traditions of first fruit harvest celebrations.

Each day of kwanzaa celebrates one of 7 principles, known as nguzo saba. Kwanzaa is an annual holiday affirming african family and social values, celebrated primarily in the united states from december 26 to january 1.
